Women in film have often had a tough time getting the recognition they deserve, which means we miss out on a lot of valuable and diverse stories. The good news is that people are stepping up—through advocacy, inclusion initiatives, mentorship programs, festivals, and targeted funding—to help amplify women's work. By supporting these efforts, we can create a more welcoming, fair, and vibrant cinematic world that reflects a wider range of experiences and talents. Our panelists discuss.
