Let's discuss the "best" villain ideas — not the over-the-top, evil-for-evil's-sake stuff, but plans that actually make sense: deliberate, driven by clear motives, and logically thought-out. Villains whose schemes feel plausible, spark interesting moral or philosophical questions, or try to expose/fix problems they see in society — whose methods and reasoning make their actions understandable, not just malicious.
